We only collect the data required to operate securely and deliver SiRiiL's AI-powered accounting automation.

a. Basic Account Information

• Name, business name, email, and phone number
• Login credentials (encrypted)

Used to verify identity, provide account access, and support communications.

b. Usage and Device Data

• Browser type, device model, operating system, and app version
• Log files, crash reports, and session activity

Used for troubleshooting, optimization, and ensuring secure platform performance.

c. Transactional and Uploaded Data

• Files, documents, ledgers, receipts, reports, images, and financial data that you upload or process via the SiRiiL platform

Used solely to perform requested accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and automation functions.

d. Cookies and Similar Technologies

• Used to remember your preferences, secure sessions, and improve experience. You can disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect functionality.

Your data powers your services — nothing more. We use it to:

• Authenticate and manage user sessions.
• Execute AI-driven tasks (bank reconciliations, month-end close, MIS, financial statements, and tax filing automations).

SiRiiL's proprietary Agentic AI processes your accounting data under strict confidentiality.

• Your data is never used to train third-party AI models.
• All AI inferences and prompts are processed through zero-retention, encrypted sessions.
• SiRiiL's models operate in secure, private environments — no public model sharing or cloud data exposure.
• Enterprise clients may request dedicated AI instance routing for enhanced data isolation.

Your data is encrypted at all stages — on your device, in transit, and on SiRiiL servers.

You control your information, period.

• Access: View or download your stored data anytime.
• Delete: Remove your data permanently from SiRiiL servers (except legally required records).
• Deactivate: Close your account to stop new processing while retaining necessary financial records.
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing or promotional emails instantly.
• Corrections: Update inaccurate information directly through your account or by contacting us.

SiRiiL never sells personal data. We only share information when necessary to provide the Services or comply with the law.

We may share limited data:

• With vetted service providers (hosting, billing, analytics, or security) bound by strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
• To comply with lawful requests from authorities.
• During a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (you'll be notified beforehand).

SiRiiL operates under U.S. law (Delaware jurisdiction).
